4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

We stayed here for 5 nights—I would not recommend. The hotel overall is okay, if it was a 2/3 star, but does not live up to its 4th. It’s riddled with maintenance issues, and a general level of uncleanliness. In our stay, our room had a number of issues (some fixed, some not). Rooms are okay, but cramped. The staff are overall clearly not trained for their roles, during our stay we were summoned by staff and yelled to collect food and drink items. The few staff that were great during our stay where very competent, super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was okay, food quality was secondary, you can tell they re-use items from the previous days, the coffee is instant and all fruit juices they charge for (although breakfast was paid for). The spa—after its name sake—is not a spa and was completely empty, as it does not function. In fact, a staff member from the spa downstairs was dismally scouting for more customers every day. While staying there my partner and I paid upfront to use the spa and have a couples massage, the massage was lovely however: - steam room—did not get to temperature - sauna—not operational - Turkish bath—not operational - jacuzzis—not operational - salt room—not operational - air conditioning—not operational - indoor pool—not heated Overall I would not stay here again, until they clean the hotel, upgraded its facilities, ensuring they function correctly and train their staff appropriately.

Yer konum çok güzel. Havuz temiz. Yemekler lezzetli. Personel güler yüzlü. Özellikle otelde ki mermer dekorları çok güzel odalardaki ahşap mermer dekor, kapodokyada hissettiriyor.

lovely hotel, beautifully situated, clean, quiet, friendly great spa facilities & yoga good poolside bar with reasonable priced drinks & snacks 2 separate pools so noisy kids can use 1 and quiet adults the other and both enjoy themselves! short, lovely walk to main town along river felt completely safe

Были 5 дней , всё понравилось, очень чистый бассейн, территория большая. Летняя терраса -столовая прям у реки , где за завтраком можно наблюдать проходящие мимо яхты. Выбор еды не большой ,но голодным не останешься. В 5 мин ходьбы центр городка , множество магазинов,кафе и ресторанов. Брали тур на яхте на целый день , вообще красота , по реке вышли на море , а также на яхте кормили вкусным барбекю и овощами. Наш небольшой отпуск был чудесный

Her taraf sinek, koku vardı. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Aktivite yok. Pahalı. Spa çalışanları sanki mobing uyguluyor hiç sevmedik.odalar eskimiş, komple otelin elden geçmesi lazım. Oteli çok başı boş gördük. Ördek yada kaz besleniyor kahvaltı yapılan yerin yanında çok kötü kokuyor.
